Metal & Carbon Fiber Custom Trophies
We creat designer’s trophies by combining the elegance of metal with the sportiness of carbon. Each metal detail is completely CNC machined, subsequently oxidized in multiple color variations and customized using direct LED UV printing systems, with the application of a primer for adhesion to the surface. The decorative or structural element in Carbon Fiber can be made with various types of processing, from the most complex in the Autoclave by creating OK molds or by milling on CNC mini-centers.
Metal & Crystal Trophies
We manufacture metal trophies combined the elegance of the optical K9 crystal, creating shapes during the construction phase that can keep the latter stable even during shipping. Metal processing can be carried out either simply in two dimensions or in 3D bas-reliefs. All mathematics are performed by our technical office in the post processor phase.
Metal Trophies
One of the oldest processes in the history of Libe. Grown in the construction of metal trophies, we have also made important developments in this area in terms of mechanical machining on metal, offering machining with the third interpolated axis, thus offering a product in its three dimensions, when the Customer’s budget allows.

One of the aspects that must not be underestimated is certainly the presentation of the product. A good product deserves a dedicated package. Thanks to the versatility of the Libe company, we create OK packages with no plants costs, thus also offering a valid solution to reduce shipping costs.

Certainly a modern solution, an approach to the times we are experiencing. By interacting between mechanical processing and laser cutting, we create very pleasant creations appreciated by our Customers.
Plexiglass Trophies
The same processes that we carry out on metal are also carried out on a product made entirely of Plexiglass. Each mechanically worked detail undergoes polishing, satin finishing and sandblasting treatments, all perfomred inside Libe, in order to be able to classify a Made in Libe product.

The same accurate processes that we carry out on metal, are also carried out on our Plexiglass/Wodd products. Each mechanically worked detail undergoes polishing, satin finishing and sandblasting treatment, all performed inside Libe to be able to classify a Made in Libe product.
